It looks like the main conclusion is that more suits are needed to organize a chaotic industry. I'm no anime whiz, but it seems to me that would most likely stifle artistic expression. Then again, it is called "Business Week", not "Artistic Expression Week".

One quibble: I was under the impression that little if any anime was blessed with 24 whole frames per second of animation. What's the framerate for "Howl's Moving Castle" I wonder?
