YAKUZA DESTROYS NEW ORLEANS!!!

Professional kook, and local weatherman, Scott Stevens, believes that the Yakuza, using weather weapon technology bought from the Russians, are the people responsible for Katrina. Apparently, the Yakuza are the best operators of Russian weather weapons (probably because they're so good at video games!) and "The Yakuza can shoot another Katrina anytime they wish!"
