THE LATEST THREAT TO HOLLYWOOD: NORTH KOREA
The Dear Leader of North Korea, Kim Jong-Il, has vowed to beat Hollywood and turn cinemas around the world into a sea of money all pouring into his pockets.
He claimed recently that, "We are not competing with U.S. and European films. We have to beat U.S. films." And, supposedly, the first international blockbuster from North Korea is already in the pipeline.
I'm holding my breath. Hope I don't turn blue. And die.

Funny guy, makes North Korea less and less threatening with idiotic statements like that. But I'll give him good luck. ;)

I'm actually psyched to see some North Korean movies, especially the stuff Shin Sang-Ok did while he was up there.

If they still have anything in the bag even half as fun as Pulgasaur, the only proletariat-approved kaiju film, I'll be very happy.
Maybe North and South Korea could make a joint venture action film about the Tokdo/Takeshima Islands in the tradition of Michael Bay, and call it "The Rocks".
