TSUI HARK/JOHNNIE TO/RINGO LAM PROJECT

More details leaking out about the rumored Johnnie To/Ringo Lam/Tsui Hark "jigsaw" project. I heard that this was pretty solid, and very likely to happen. Originally it was supposed to be one film and each director turned in 30 minutes of it. But now it looks like it's mutating before our eyes. In an interview with Sina.com, Tsui Hark said that each 30 minute segment would be its own short film a la THREE...EXTREMES.

Sorry... I'm damn wrong for that...... I misunderstanded what TSUI HARK said in the article.

twitchfilm is right. TSUI HARK said that it is supposed to be one film and each director turned in 30 minutes of it.

TSUI HARK also said that the movie won't be called 电锯惊魂/Frightening Chain Saw, though.

I'm very sorry for Mr.Grady Hendrix and the people who read this blog....

PS: Mr.Grady Hendrix, I just sent some e-mails to you~~

Thank God the info was wrong. The most interesting thing about this project is that it wasn't your typical omnibus movie. Glad this still seems to be a go.
